What happens after I submit an application?

When you apply for a position, your application is sent to a member of the Advantis Medical team. They will review it and ensure that your qualifications meet the facility's needs. Then, they’ll contact you in less than 24 hours, but in most cases, less than an hour. Once your application is complete, they will submit it to the facility. Your quick response when a team member reaches out about a position will ensure they can submit your application as soon as possible.
Interview / Job Offer
At this point, your application is in the hands of the facility. A member of the Advantis Medical Team will keep you informed about the status of your application.
When the facility is interested, they will reach out through your recruiter to interview you. Find useful interview tips here.
Next, when they decide to offer you a position, a member of the Advantis Medical team will contact you on behalf of the facility with the offer's details.
While on Assignment
At this point, you’ll be assigned a member of the Advantis Medical team who will check in with you to ensure that you are doing well. You’ll send your timecards to them. Additionally, they will be just a text or phone call away for any questions or concerns that arise.
